3.4 Owner Payment Details

To facilitate payments and withdrawals, we collect and store:

  • Account holder’s name
  • Bank name
  • SWIFT code
  • IBAN
  • Currency preference
  • Cryptocurrency wallet public key
  • Cryptocurrency blockchain network and token type

4. How We Use Your Data

  • Property Management: To facilitate property leasing, rental income distribution, and management agreements.
  • Legal and Compliance: To verify ownership, prevent fraud, and comply with UAE regulations.

  • General Data Storage: Shellgrow stores and processes data on secure servers located in the United Arab Emirates and other jurisdictions where we operate.
  • Data Storage for Russian Citizens: In compliance with Russian data protection laws, personal data of individuals holding Russian citizenship is stored in data centers located within the Russian Federation. This includes, but is not limited to, Owner Data, Property Documents, and Payment Details.
  • Cross-Border Data Transfers: In cases where data must be processed outside of Russia to fulfill service obligations (such as financial transactions or international compliance checks), Shellgrow ensures compliance with applicable Russian data transfer regulations.
